• All rates include breakfast; are subject to Grayson County’s 3% lodging tax, and are subject to change.
• Rooms accommodate a maximum of two people. Rollaway beds are unavailable.
• Mature young adults over the age of 16 are welcome.
• Smoking is welcomed on any of our porches or grounds, but for the consideration of our other guest and the safety of this historical home smoking is prohibited in the house.
• The use of candles is prohibited.
• Deposit: Credit card authorization is taken at time of reservation. No payment required until time of stay. Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express cards are welcome. Sorry, we are unable to accept personal checks.
• We have a seven-day cancellation policy and charge a $10 handling fee for cancellations. If you must cancel your reservation, please cancel at least 7 days prior to the first day of the reservation in order to receive a refund less a $10 handling charge. A fee of 50% of the total room rate will be charged against your credit card for late cancellations. Certain weekends and group reservations may be subject to extended cancellation periods.
• A 2-night stay is required on weekends during peak season and select holidays.
